Frequently Asked Questions
How do I sign up for a private online English lesson?
You can go to Take a Class above or simply click here.
First, choose the type of class that you want.
Next, choose your time zone (click “Set Time Zone”) and choose the day and time that works for you on the calendar (click “Continue” from the drop-down menu to schedule an individual lesson).
Next, create your account. If you are a returning student, click “Log in” on the top right of the page. Laura’s English Class will keep the data you enter here (We will not share or sell it!).
-For trial lessons, you must read and agree to the Terms and Conditions and click “Complete Appointment”.
-For all other lessons, you must read and agree to the Terms and Conditions and click on “Pay Now”.
Finally, use Paypal to securely pay by any major credit card. This credit card information is not kept by Laura’s English Class.
When you have completed the booking and payment, you will receive a confirmation email.
Can I see what private classes I have booked?
Of course! Each confirmation email will give you a link to see the lesson you booked online and give you the option to reschedule (if more than 24 hours before class). You an access your account there or log in at the Take a Class page.
Do I have to create another account for online courses?
Yes. To access your online course material, you need to create a student account. This is different from your account to book private online lessons. At the moment, you will have to have two separate accounts.
Please be sure to keep all your log-in information secure. You are responsible for these accounts’ activity.
